My partner and I both knew we wanted Anne as our Doula and hypnobirthing teacher for our first pregnancy and she was an absolute Superstar for us both! She is the most calming, knowledgeable and grounding person, who is such and inspiring and incredible advocate for women and their birth preferences. I would be quite an anxious person and Anne made me feel really empowered, respected and heard during what was a very overwhelming time due to a surprise early labour!!. Im so thankful she was with us every step of our journey. My time with her prepared me for the birthing experience and allowed me to practice great tools to deal with the challenges labour threw at me, both mentally and physically. She was there with me every moment during my first birthing experience and will certainly be with us for child number 2. There are many moments I don’t think I could have coped without her calm presence and reassurance, my partner would also say the same as not only is she there for the mums, but for the dads too!. She made sure my wants and needs were heard and adhered to when I felt at my most vulnerable.. She truly is An amazing woman with incredible understanding and knowledge and as a first time family, we couldn’t recommend Anne enough.
